Bureaucracy, hierarchical bullying, leaders and lowly followers, and then for any other form of governing with the expense and exploitation with the governed... they're hurtful and criminal systems to the benefit with the few along with the misery with the many. There are possible ways of living and together. I have proposed and exercised a much simpler, balanced, harmonious, and successful guideline for any good teacher and willing students to seriously work and learn together.
Leadership and responsibility are shared equally, providing all people in friends first understand how it works and second, are needing to enjoy its productivity and share joy of learning and together.
Much with the old "system" must necessarily be dispensed with: the pressures of fear, punishment, totalitarian authority, ugly competition, and a resulting lack of learning, joy, and boundless lack of productivity. Replacing these "traditional" habits of non-learning with fresh attitudes of tending to one another's qualities and abilities, sharing and helping, and having a a sense confidence and trust in your own integrity and that of your fellows... and seeing and experiencing and enjoying the infinite benefits... itrrrs this that we were all able to accomplish together.
Each individual is due to the connection with planning and carrying out plans drafted by every single member with the group, using the teacher's guidance and experience like a resource of good use. First, the agenda of varied skills is drafted and decided, each one adding to and approving of our own outline products we would like to learn. Thus... we have a plan, a syllabus, out of which to draw our way of life of curriculum and learning.
Next, we figure out what form of leadership or management qualities are essential, so that you can accomplish real learning skills together. The literal qualities: subject preparation; understanding group dynamics; and making the best possible use of our own time together. Also... collecting our work material together, for daily use. The abstract qualities: various different methods; caring to the productivity of every member with the group; developing a well-earned pride inside advancement of every individual; concern for individual and group behavior and harmony; experiencing and enjoying the vast various skills and experience that can be achieved; transferring the learning skills and subject content past the Discount Classroom Furniture Canada, as life lessons.

Two students at any given time... work cooperatively as co-teachers; they must both prepare in advance in order to be relied upon to help keep things moving smoothly. At the same time, the scholars want this pair to ensure success: in the event the student teachers prosper, so will the rest with the class. They help each other to ensure success... as friends effort.
We also rotate other Discount Classroom Furniture Canada management duties, i.e... the passing and collecting of materials; posting the daily agenda for the board; welcoming one's fellows upon arrival and adding to immediately getting down to business; acting as host to the and all sorts of visitors, and taking care of interruptions quickly; taking attendance (to get checked through the teacher); going around and giving aid wherever necessary; keeping a simple journal/log of our own day's accomplishments, to get eventually used through the next couple of student teachers in making their plans, keeping transition as smooth as you possibly can.
We must also encourage and prepared for flexibility and spontaneity in how we make valuable use of our own time together. Issues come up... that want immediate attention. In addition, we would like to periodically evaluate how we're all doing. What are our strengths? Where might we improve? This is necessarily a continuous process. Be as genuinely upbeat and encouraging as you possibly can. Once again... this learning experience transfers to everyone's own life situation. Think of how this may and does benefit future and current family and community life. It works! The best critics and supporters... are the scholars themselves.
It is a beautiful experience, also from my standpoint as both an instructor and student. Much affection is openly encouraged. Students are needing to visit class. Boredom along with the have to cheat fade from existence. Memorable moments are experienced. Students invited others to go to: parents, workers, community mentors, siblings, and also visitor/participants from the "special class" which, subsequently, invited our students to visit their room and tell them also. Their teacher was thrilled to sign up. A not-so-foreign exchange.
Perhaps our only problem: hardly plenty of time to you must do everything we were needing to accomplish. Hence... it took over as individual's substitute for carry on and develop his/her own objectives beyond our limited class time. Many "projects" were done outside, and therefore the outcome was shared using the group. Fantastic variety! One senior lad had initiated their own business by purchasing one porta-potty to get rented for farmworkers inside field (having not one other such facility); he earned enough, eventually, to get one more, continuing to keep them adequately. An accomplishment for himself... among others. A young woman in a very junior class crocheted warm and attractive baby blankets to get first given and later sold as lovely and useful items; I still use mine, many years later.
Life skills were a consistent, including curriculum lessons and having a lifelong joy and appreciation for learning, and living as good your life as you possibly can, plus owning an immediate and extended positive affect others. Horizontal management... a blessing to all... and a horizon without limit or boundaries.
