Calisthenics Motivation – 30 Day Calisthenics Challenge for beginners. Day 10 Session 10.
Being New to calisthenics and complete beginners we found ourselves unsure of what to do. To help us with this we watched some calisthenics motivation videos along with some beginner calisthenics tutorial videos to help us better understand what was involved.
Once we had watched a few calisthenics motivation videos we decided we were going to set ourselves a 30 day calisthenics challenge with the aim to complete as many calisthenics sessions in the 30 days.
First, we had to set up out training areas so we videoed ‘how to build a pull up bar in your garden ‘
then a few days later ‘How to build parallel bars, parallettes in your garden’
Then we got started with our calisthenics 30 day challenge. We really enjoyed it and found lots of benefits from starting our beginner calisthenics challenge.
